this is a time for learning, nothing can go to waste, assimilate your knowledge to be put into action later.. get a diary and write away…and please do not judge where you have been, be loving with yourself instead. give power to you rather than waste it on guilt or any form of negativity you have come across or carry with you. tune in your inner-world and let your innate wisdom shine and transform you in ways you have yet to discover…soften and just be yourself because you are a beautiful child of God and no one can take that away from you.
