Creative Meditation's Blog

I have not been here for a while, while you thought I had given up I was away reflecting, assisting others to find their way through darkness and despair. I had my own learnings with cultivating patience with those who are so restless and full of anxiety. I saw how far I had come and moved I was with their inner-struggle. Tears I fought back and could not show, in my own sanctuary crawled their way out of their caves. Compassion for thyself and a pat of courage returned peace to my spirit. But this is really just the beginning…
