Have you ever stopped to think what really blocks your happiness? Your emotions, your head or the fact the fact that your cant let go off the past.  The resentment, anger, stuckness, unforgiving nature, the stubborn attitude that you are always right, or simply playing the victim, or your guilt has been so great that you have drowned yourself in the depth of agony and misery.  Your body has become numb, your heart has lost its spark and your soul cries for freedom. You live in a cave that is cold and dark and has become your world.

Someone offers you help, do you have it in you some where in the depths of soul the courage to leap? Have you the empathy to once again take a chance on you?  To embrace the unknown and to be part of life again, in light and in faith, in love and all things that makes you smile!  To cherish your inner-child and to find the mystery again of what makes you so unique and wanted.  Do you feel you can love yourself again, and again and again?? Wipe away the tears and sorrow and be the delight in God’s eyes because no matter what you may think you have done to punish yourself  for so long , HE/SHE still loves you!!!

And so do other people, all you have to is FEEL   and MAKE  THAT CHANGE !!!
