Creative Meditation's Blog

Music, the messenger

I have loved music all my life, since my early childhood and have  spent ample time creatively indulging in music and of course not forgetting to include dancing which completes my show.  My development  started very early with my mother and I had not even started schooling back home. In  high school I was in the choir and sang solo as well. During one of the concerts we sang ” WE ARE THE WORLD” and I  was so overwhelmed I cried. This song was speaking to my soul!!   little did  I know at that time the  huge impact this experience  was going to have in my life.

Most mornings I listen and I like to dance to happy, bubbly and joyous  music… gets me in the groove and ready and buzzing for the day.  I love Frankie Goes to Hollywood, The Power of Love … or anything with lots of drums , fast-moving, which puts me  in my ELEMENT… This is PURE MAGIC and my morning meditation,  such an easy and effective way to shake off any sluggish energy.

Part of my practice with music is CHANTING mantras which are indeed very powerful tools for tuning into the SOURCE and tuning your mind and body,  I do have a variety that I  listen to and yes I am addicted to them. GAYATRI MANTRAS work on all the chakras  if I want something softer and soothing.  Some nights I fall asleep listening to them. This is a nice gentle way also to CLEAR MENTAL CLUTTER and to CLEAR ONE’S AURIC FIELD.

What I also find really astonishing is that music we hear sometimes are MESSAGES for us on a higher level. You know how you may have a question and may be wondering, then just in your mind you hear a song or on the radio,  and it feels right!!!   At times there can be messages of WARNING as in showing CLARITY FOR A SOLUTION to a particular problem you may be facing.   I have recently been awakened to a confusion I was dealing with, I woke up with a particular song in my head, and  listened carefully, this was not my imagination. I listened to my heartbeat  and to the pain in the centre of my chest. I knew my body was not lying to me either. This was indeed a moment of TRUTH that had to come forth via  a song and I  accepted this as a DIVINE GUIDANCE and my innate- intuition speaking to me.  Ouch but so true!!!  And I was also connecting to  ARCHANGEL  SANDALPHON  as he brings messages via music.  Trust that your experiences will be unique and positive regardless of whatever is surrounding you.

I like to  use music wisely because in my experience they do have a strength of their own. I explore and  have fun with them and  as I have discovered its a very healthy and a great  way to heal and make yourself FEEL GOOD and JOYOUS!!!  The benefits are also associated with  MANIFESTATIONS ???  Anyone can  sing along, chant, hum or play music, what speaks to your heart is up to you but as long the feeling of gratitude  is there also nothing is impossible.  My heart  is most grateful that on this spiritual path I have had this wonderful tool  as a powerful ally!!!  Try with small things, feel and make it as real as possible , then by all means fly(:

Music , waterfall running down my body, cool and soothing , PURIFYING MY VERY SOUL…(:

Music, puts FIRE IN MY BELLY and I can be humming all day long (:

TRANCE, SOUL and GAYATRI all relate to me. Why trance if you are wondering. Some of the songs have the most SOUL-SEARCHING words, REFLECTIVE,  ILLUMINATIVE, IMAGINATIVE,  WILD AND INNOCENT at the same time. I float on thin air at times, BE ANYWHERE IN THIS FERTILE MIND OF MINE AND JUST BE !  A sacred place that is mine and there is no one here to judge!!!  I feel at times this is my escape from the harshness of this society.

“PEOPLE COME, PEOPLE GO, PEOPLE LEAD YOU TO YOUR HEART AND SOUL..” Tears can flow as part of the cleansing process with music.  Holding back is not the answer , especially all the wonderful men who have been told that real men don’t cry. I suggest you  open your hearts and feel your emotions and become more  real!  HEAL  THROUGH MUSIC AND CONNECT TO YOUR AWESOME ENERGY AND LIVE!!! (:

MUSIC BRINGS THE WHOLE NATION TOGETHER, now is this not BEAUTIFULLY EMPOWERING? How can music be wrong for some people, I do not understand. Personally one day without THIS SWEETNESS IN LIFE CALLED MUSIC, my spirit becomes restless!

Enjoy being musical  and Free !!!
