Meditation 1
Ground Yourself first…
Imagine a golden beam of light, shining on you. This strong beam of golden light gently washes over you clearing all negativity in your aura. This is also your bubble of protection.
Now gently bring your awareness to your heart , breath out any negative emotions. Be relaxed and breathing in the golden light from your crown chakra to connect to your heart. Stay in this stage for at least 15- 20mins or longer if you can. When finished send out beams of light and love into the world for peace and healing as well. Close chakra.
Listen to your heart, stay with your heart…Listen to your heart, stay with your heart..!!! Write down your messages from your loving and grateful heart and from your guides…give thanks always for the unconditional love and guidance you receive and also for the opportunity to be able to serve! opt to create balance between giving and receiving with pure intentions.
Before any meditations if you have any intentions set them before you begin! If not trust where the divine helpers bring in or take away for healing.
To Ground: Imagine deep strong roots coming out from both your feet, send them towards the core of Mother Earth for connection. Give thanks to Earth Mother…
You can also use black tourmaline (crystal) at your feet for grounding …
I find a good grounding makes my legs feel heavier.
Eating foods that ground you is also helpful such as grains, potatoes, carrots etc

Hello.. Glad you find it appealing. Because the theme is spirituality mostly I wanted soft colours so I played with the design and the rest..It took me a while to put it together. Trust yourself, have fun along the way ! Cheers, Roshilla
