Recently because of so much Earth changes I found that my energy and my dreams were a little bit scattered and did not make much sense. My dreams in particular were bizarre and places that I travelled to were foreign with some weird characters. When energies got aligned later through meditation, I discovered much to my surprise that I had energy leak, from my left foot. Upon asking for confirmation, the guidance came in the form of a dream which provided much clarity. My lovely guide informed me to wear a rose quartz ring on the middle finger of my right hand, ” because you are leaking energy” Wow.. thank you Universe!
In the past I have paid a lot of attention to dreams, even as a child, dreaming almost 4 or 5 different ones in one night! Sometimes they are very tiring especially if there were physical activities in the dreams. Because of my fascination I have kept a dream journal . As events unfold they will provide much insight to what is in my immediate environment or yet to come. Often in my dreams I can sense everything and clearly remember events , colours , people, places etc.
Many people have difficulty remembering their dreams. Some do not even want to try to give it go. Perhaps its the fear of the unknown that stops them. If one could get away from thinking too much , ask the higher self for clarity, who knows what treasures could bring great blessings in a person’s life. I use peridot crystal or herkimer diamond for dream recall. And to clear the crown chakra I use clear quartz. The idea is be open to what may come, sometimes what you see may not necessarily be that but may hold a different meaning altogether. If life is talking to you in a different language, consider this a huge blessing. Its an add on to other tools we can use daily for guidance, and guidance that we can trust. I see this as another form of heavenly love!
Normally after my first meditation at 4am I tend to have a deep sleep for about an hour, this is a very special time for me to receive very high energy connections and provides me with very specific messages. You may wish to give this a try, and keep a dream journal by your bedside. Your dreams are unique to you, and how they speak to your will be different from someone else. Some people often refer to dream books but I personally find that my relationship with the messages given to me is unique. I have also used my dream state to clear a lot of past memories from the sub-conscious as well. This takes practise but with time, patience and the right intentions answers to the hidden are revealed if you are ready for it. For instance how certain events from my past lives may affect my present and the future. Dare to go there ? This can be quite challenging but you if have blocks from the past that need to be removed, here may be just the opportunity you need to clear and claim some of your power back, and hopefully peace of mind will prevail. Past lives are fascinating. However, bare in mind they do not own you!
Dreams come in stages. When I was growing up my mum told me that the early morning always came true. I have to say she has been correct. I have loving guides who step in if there is danger or huge challenges that I need to be aware of, or at times allow me to indulge in the nice surprises that are in store for me. When my sister was taking her last breath nine years ago, I was given clues as what to expect. I was being prepared energetically to be able to handle the death of one of my loved ones. When my son was sick and wanting to give mum flowers, I dreamt of his beautiful intentions. And there are lots of other things that take place behind my back and yours too, believe this if you open up your mind you will get the messages that could probably save your life or someone else’s too! On your spiritual journey I feel one should look deeply into the dream states . You could also discover who is your beloved enemy, whose wearing the masks. I call this Divine protection. Interesting and very handy indeed!
Certain foods, alcohol and others forms of drugs do affect the dream stage. Its only natural and makes sense that loving yourself and nurturing is a healthy part of any transformation. In your dream state with the help of your guides you can also clear things from the astral plane that no longer serves you. However, with any substances in the body that alters the mind will hinder and hence is dangerous. Please do not attempt this. You could have more trouble on your hands that you could do without such as attracting dark entities.
Before bedtime ask your guides for any clarification you need and when you are ready you will shown the answers to your problem. Sometimes you need to rest up and sleep on it for three days. Trust. When the mind is restful this process becomes so much easier. And do dream big! Open the doors that are important for your survival and happiness, and know that you deserve this help from your angelic helpers. You can use your dreams to manifest your desires, reach your highest potential, embrace your destiny and bring them to life for the highest good !
